We have all experienced a crisis at some time in our life.
Although at the time it can seem that e v e r y t h i n g is wrong, a crisis is always a blessing. It can be a way of evolving past who we were to create a new life that better fits who we are in out Deepest Self now.
To get through a crisis, meditation can be on of your tools . This meditation can be a formal practice or even turning on some classical music or meditation music to help enter into a reflective moment of stillness or quiet.
It helps you to disengage from the drama and focus on your deepest inner truth, opening a new understanding of how to reinvent your life. Unless we adapt to the changes offered, we can become frozen in anger, anxiety, depression.
Meditation helps you realize that you always have a choice: to evolve or remain frozen, connected to the past. In meditation, you can come to experience the outrageous understanding that you can change crisis into the blessing of growth.
One day you may eventually enjoy reinvention yourself! The crisis will then be seen as an invitation to joy!
